Managing your staff and teachers in KiddieBox is easy and seamless. You can easily get your teachers/ staff signed up so that they can log and monitor activities. Once a staff is added, invite emails and codes are sent out to enable them to set up their accounts.

To add staff to the app, follow the steps below:

• From the administrator home screen
• Tap on actions
• Click on add a teacher button
• Fill in the teacher’s details and select role
• And assign the room to the teacher
• Click on the continue button.

As a teacher, you can join a school with the invite code sent to your email address from the school/centre.

To join a school, follow the steps below:

• Select your user role as a teacher after downloading the app
• Check Your email for an invite code from your school/ centre owner.
• Enter the invitation code sent to your email address from the school
• Click on the continue button.
