With KiddieBox, you do not need a different calendar to set up, monitor and track events. You can do it with our smart calendar feature. And as a plus, teachers and administrators can view and add events to the calendar right from the app and the parents will see the events in the app as well.

How To Create An Event

As an administrator /staff, follow the steps below to create an event

• From the home screen, tap on event
• Click on create event button
• Enter the event details
  • Title
  • Add children
  • Select date
  • Select start time and end time
  • Location
  • Description of the event
• Then click on the Save button.

How To View Events As A Parent

Parents can view calendar events and get notified about upcoming and ongoing events

To view an event, follow the steps below:

• From the home screen
• Click on event to see any upcoming event
• Tap on the upcoming event to view event details.

How To View Events As An Administrator/Staff

To view, edit or delete an event, as an administrator /staff, follow the steps below

• From the home screen, click on event
• Tap on an upcoming event for details of the event
• Click on the pencil icon at the top of the event details to edit the event
